How Much Food Should a Person Eat to Gain Muscle?

In order to gain weight you must eat a lot more than you think. I am not talking about overeating, because that is a good way to get fat. I am talking about eating a total of 6 different meals, by using healthy food and the proper amounts. I know that you probably will think that this is too much food and some will even think they don’t have the time. It is possible, you just need to plan your meals out good.

If you have a fast burning metabolism, then you need to get into a high calorie diet with lots of protein. Having the right amount of food in your diet will help you build some lean looking muscle. The simplest fact that you need to learn here is that if you want to gain weight or muscle, then you have to eat more.

To start things off, you are going to need to pick up a food scale. Every time you eat a meal, you need to measure how much food you are eating and calculate the total. If you don’t measure your food intake, then you won’t know if its too much or too little?

Guessing how much you are eating can be dangerous. You will find that you won’t get it right every time. When you start measuring your meals, it will get easier every time.

The normal three meals a day is not going to work for you. Your body needs a constant flow of energy and nutrients in order to grow properly. Three meals a day is not going to give you those results. So you are going to have to increase your food intake to about 6 meals a day, which will work out to a meal about every 3 hours. If you are seriously wanting to gain some massive muscle and get ripped, then you need to get a work out plan that will help you out. One of the easiest ways to get a proper plan is to get a muscle gaining program. One that I suggest checking out is and No Nonsense Muscle Building by Vince Delmonte.
