I was thinking that there was no way to cure my fatty liver disease. I’ve got it for over 2 years and it has been pretty hard to experience unusual abdominal pains at uncertain hours of the day. Fortunately, I learned about the potential of a proper liver diet menu.

Furthermore, there was a liver diet menu inside the e-book that was easy to follow because the recipes are also in the book! I never imagined that a liver diet menu could be as complete and straightforward at the same time.
The liver diet menu simply makes sure that the liver patient does not go beyond the total fat limit for each day, so the food’s calories have been properly measured. I was happy to finally be able to begin my diet with the liver diet menu.
A couple of months later, when I went back to the doctor for my check-up, he observed that I was quite feeling better and questioned what I had been taking. I informed him that I had been following a liver diet menu. He conducted the tests once again and discovered that my lab results were revealing better conditions although I haven’t been completely cured. This gave me a lot of hope and I have made a decision to stay with my liver diet menu.
