Why Lucid Dream

Dreams are really mysterious more often. They carry us to a strange world where every thing virtual or some times utter non sense. But dreams have enormous potential to carry our minds to our focused destination. You need to gain control over your dreams and divert them to your goals. In simple, dream what you want to lucid dream. Calculate dreaming time and depth by your self.

 

Lucid dreaming is a state whereby the sleeping person is aware that they are sleeping. The person in this condition is called lucid. The experienced people claim that the lucid dreaming experience is far better and joyful than the hallucination from drugs. The lucidity has various stages which include its e primary stage in which one can be aware of the dream and extends to the stage of lucidity in which one can aware and control the dream.

 

Being a skill, you can practice lucid dreaming through some dedicated effort and constant exercises. To reach the advanced state of lucidity you will take some more effort and time. You can gain control over your dream and use it positively. Once you achieve that condition you can visualize in your dream what you wish to see.

 

The very next step to gain control over your dream is, you should be able to focus the wordings that you see in dreaming. We often fail to read the letters we watch in dream is because of our rapid eye movement. To gain to focus on letters you have a small exercise.

 

Confuse yourself by asking the question is you asleep or awake. By asking this question frequently you will come to genuine confusion whether you are awake or asleep. Then focus on wordings which are near to you. Try to focus on it and in this confused state of mind. These will be helpful to you to read on some thing which we see in our dream. Normally we fail to see the wordings in dream because of our rapid eye movement which we fail to focus on it.

 

Schedule an alarm clock to ring at two hours before you usually awakening. Dreams are usually occur in the morning and there is a general belief that morning dreams are most realistic. When the clock rings at the scheduled time switch off the alarm soon. That will slightly disturb you sleep and you can easily come back to your sleep and same time try to recall the dream that you had and resume the rest.

 

In that condition you will be slightly aware of your dreams. Practice this method every day and you can improve lucidity of your dream a lot.

 

Every night before you back to the silence of sleep take your note book and read it with very consciously and carve each of it in your mind. Convince your mind your strong passion to visualize what you wish. Continue the same every day. You will slightly get awareness and control over your dream.
